Delivery and Returns

Postage rates:

UK Standard Delivery (2-4 days): £4.50

UK Express Delivery (1-3 days): £5.50

Free UK Standard shipping for orders over £50.00

Northern Ireland – Rates as above. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship foodstuffs or treats to Northern Ireland at the present time.

We currently do not ship outside the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.

Collect in store:

You can place an order online and collect it from the store for no additional cost. This option can be selected at checkout. We will inform you once the order has been processed and is ready for collection.

Once you place an order:

Once you place an order we will dispatch your item(s) usually within 48 hours.

If you place an order at the weekend, it will be dispatched at the beginning of the following week.

For our Standard delivery we use Royal Mail Second Class Signed For and for our Express delivery we use Royal Mail First Class Signed For. We will send you the relevant tracking number once the order has been processed.

Occasionally, particularly for larger/heavier items or in the case of known issues with Royal Mail, we may use alternate courier services.

If you envisage any potential delivery problems, please contact us prior to placing the order and we will try to assist you as best we can.



We sincerely hope you will love your chosen item(s).  All items are quality checked before dispatch and we make every effort to ensure that your purchases arrive with you safely.

However, if you need to return an item, please follow the below steps.

Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt, must be unused and in the original packaging. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept items that have been removed from the packing or used in any way. 

Please include your name, address, order number and state the reason for returning your item(s).

We cannot be held liable for returns which are lost in the return post, or arrive damaged.

We advise that you ask your chosen courier for proof of postage and that your parcel is sufficiently insured against loss or damage.

Faulty Items:

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, we will either replace it (where possible) or refund your order, as you wish. Please contact us by email before you return the item:
