UK Standard Delivery (2–4 days): £4.50
UK Express Delivery (1–3 days): £5.50
Free UK Standard Delivery on orders over £50
Northern Ireland: same rates, but we cannot ship food or treats.
We currently only ship within the UK and Northern Ireland.

Collect in Store
You can order online and collect in store at no extra cost. Select this option at checkout and we’ll email you once your order is ready.

Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours.
Weekend orders are dispatched at the start of the following week.

Standard delivery is sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed.
Express delivery is sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed.

Tracking details will be provided once your order is processed.

Larger or heavier items may be sent with an alternative courier.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Please include your name, address, order number and reason for return.

We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit, so please obtain proof of postage and ensure your parcel is insured.

Faulty Items
